One of the highlights of my visit was the sizzling Kung Pao Chicken; the perfect balance of heat and sweet. Each piece of chicken was tender and flavorful, infused with a delightful combination of peanuts and vegetables. The Dim Sum, which melted in my mouth, displayed the restaurant's dedication to authenticity and presentation. The Chow Mein, with its perfected stir-fry, rounded out a wonderful meal—a true homage to classic Chinese recipes.
No meal at Lucky Star would be complete without exploring their desserts. The Mango Pudding is an absolute must-try, leaving a refreshing finish that lingers long after the last bite.

I think this place has the best fast food Chinese around. We used to love sunny palace but since it closed we tried so many places. This place is by far one of the best we've had.

So Lucky has become my go-to Chinese takeout. So good. They have a 2 for 25.50 combo for 2 people. Awesome. Alot of food. Tonite, I got their Beef with string beans which is my 2nd time getting them. Delicious and not glurpy, meat was super tender. I did order steamed veggie dumplings, and I won't do that again. So doughy, tough and dry..ick. filling was also nothing to write home about. My friend got their ol stand by general tso chicken. Lol which was also crunchy and saucy, chicken was tender. Their soups are still their shining stars, along with their dinners. Just don't order dumplings. Maybe it was off day who knows, but definitely ick. So if you're looking for a cheap quick lunch or dinner, it's definitely worth many check-ins.

I don't believe the restaurant proper is open yet, as they quickly set up take-out only during the pandemic. Still, it's one of my favorite go-to Chinese restaurants. I find the food to be fresh and not too greasy. There are lots of options (lunch and dinner combos) for a budget-friendly meal or two. I especially like their egg foo yung, Kung Pao Chicken and Mu Shu.

We usually order from there when we're in the mood for Chinese food. Their shrimp and beef in oyster sauce is absolutely delicious as well as the lo main and fried rice. Their chicken wings and ribs are also delicious.

We had General Tso's chicken, pork lo mein, and pork egg rolls. General Tso's was very tasty. Egg rolls were crispy, and lo mein flavorful. Above average for take out chinese food!

I've only ever done take out even though they do have a dining room, how can you beat placing your order and consistently being told it would be ready in ten minutes. And it always is. I'm a big fan of their Wonton Soup for a starter, the eggrolls too. My wife and I always split a quart of Pork Fried Rice. Delicious! For dinner she'll get chicken with mixed vegetables from the Heart Friendly part of the menu. I always ask for something that's not on the menu and that is beef, tomatoes and onions in brown sauce. And there is never a problem getting my special order...and yes, in ten minutes! The food is fresh and not salty, the portions are large and the prices very reasonable. And in ten minutes your order is ready...you can't go wrong!
